Run home again tonight. This time I did 12 mins on and 5 mins walking.
Felt pretty good and just a slight niggle towards the end. Ice, stretches and voltaren and all good.
Wont run tomorrow, gym day instead. Will try for 13km on Saturday, maybe 15 mins on and 5 mins off. Fingers crossed.
All up 11.50km in 56.30 (4.55’s) Not too bad considering the walking breaks.
