Interval session

Decided to jog across to the park is evening for some more speed work.

I made this one up as I jogged along.

2km warm up then 1km at 5km pace then 1km at 4 min pace, repeat 4 times. No rest in between so it was 10km in one hit. Reps were:

Felt really really good. Enjoying this rare speed, hope it lasts.
