No Running

Wanted to head out for a run this arvo but i slightly strained my left calf during the last rep of yesterday’s interval session. Not sure how serious it is but it’s definitely noticeable. Hoping it will loosen up on a run but thought I’d take the precaution and rest it today as I want to get a decent 50km in tomorrow morning. May have to be a slower 50 than planned if the calf has a hissy fit.
