Headed off to the park again tonight after work. The idea was to do 4 comfortably hard laps at 3.50ish pace with an easy lap at 4.30ish between each rep.
The reality was that the faster laps were a little slower than planned and the slower laps a little faster. Windy out there too.
All up 32km in 2.13 (4.09’s). Felt pretty stuffed towards the end. Just had 500ml if water.
Doubt ill do anything tomorrow with Melbourne Cup taking precedent. I’ll tell myself to get up early for a run but who am I kidding.
