Recovered pretty well after yesterday’s session. No soreness or anything. I put this down to my strategy of avoiding all compression wear (far too many wannabes wearing that poncey stuff these days) complete lack of stretching and just sitting on my backside for the rest of the evening. Works a treat.
Today was meant to be the standard commute home until plans were changed last minute to have dinner at Phills parents in Frenchs Forest. Great excuse for another longer run with some decent hills thrown in. Worked out to be 21.15kms in 1hr 35 (4.29’s).
